Requirements:
- Educational Foundation:
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field would be an advantage.
- Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in tele sales, outbound sales, or customer service, particularly within the fire and safety sector in Abu Dhabi
- Communication Mastery:
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, allowing you to convey information clearly and establish genuine connections.
- Product Insight:
- Basic familiarity with fire and safety products is beneficial, with a keen willingness to swiftly grasp product/service offerings.
- Negotiation Acumen:
- Showcase negotiation finesse as you navigate terms, close deals, and assuage any concerns prospects may have.
- Persistent Drive:
- Tenacity in pursuing leads and converting them into tangible sales opportunities is essential.
- Tech Savviness:
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools is expected.

- Linguistic Competence:
- Fluency in English and Hindi is advantageous.
