Responsibilities:
· Technical Consultation: Act as the primary technical resource for the sales team, providing detailed product demonstrations and addressing technical questions from potential clients.
· Solution Development: Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using our travel technology products.
· Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including new features and updates, and stay informed about industry trends and competitive products.
· Sales Support: Assist the sales team in developing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials. Participate in sales calls and meetings to provide technical insights.
· Customer Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our solutions.
· Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from clients and prospects to inform product development and improvements. Work closely with the product management and engineering teams.
· Training and Education: Provide training sessions for customers and internal teams on the use of our products and services.
· Travel: Travel to customer sites and industry events as necessary.
