Description:
The Sales Engineer will support the sales team in providing tailored solutions for our customers in the Oil & Gas industry.
This individual will be responsible for understanding requirements and translating them into effective product solutions, while maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop custom solutions for Oil & Gas applications.
- Assess client needs and provide tailored recommendations for mechanical systems, equipment, and engineering solutions.
- Support product development teams by conveying customer feedback and contributing to the improvement of current offerings.
- Act as the main point of contact for all technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and support during the sales process.
- Maintain and grow strong, long-term customer relationships with key stakeholders in the Oil & Gas sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering .
- Proven experience in a Sales Engineer role, with a focus on the Oil & Gas industry.
- Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and the ability to apply them to customer solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Oil & Gas industry standards, products, and systems (e.g., valves, pumps, pressure vessels, drilling equipment, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in creating technical proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities at once.
