Sales Engineer

 

Description:

The Sales Engineer will support the sales team in providing tailored solutions for our customers in the Oil & Gas industry.

This individual will be responsible for understanding requirements and translating them into effective product solutions, while maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop custom solutions for Oil & Gas applications.
  • Assess client needs and provide tailored recommendations for mechanical systems, equipment, and engineering solutions.
  • Support product development teams by conveying customer feedback and contributing to the improvement of current offerings.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and support during the sales process.
  • Maintain and grow strong, long-term customer relationships with key stakeholders in the Oil & Gas sector.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering .
  • Proven experience in a Sales Engineer role, with a focus on the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and the ability to apply them to customer solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oil & Gas industry standards, products, and systems (e.g., valves, pumps, pressure vessels, drilling equipment, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in creating technical proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities at once.
