Reporting to: Sales Manager

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Sales and Business Development of ingredients and raw materials for the Personal Care and Home Care industries in the UAE, Oman, and Bahrain markets
• Support customers in product range enhancements and quality improvement of existing products on the shelves
• Build and maintain business relationships with suppliers and customers within the industry
• Manage customer accounts, follow up with customers, and provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, payments, account statuses, and other related problems
• Apply technical knowledge in developing new applications and existing products

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or any related course
• 5+ years of B2B experience in Chemical Sales and/or Chemical Distribution
• Previous experience in selling specialty chemicals, raw materials and ingredients in the Personal Care and Home Care industry
• Sales mindset with strong negotiation skills
• Excellent command of the English language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Productivity Tools
