Job Responsibilities:
- Being up to date with all property market updates.
- Attending new project launches, events, and exhibitions.
- Assisting clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial abilities to find their dream homes.
- Well knowledge in Dubai property market, trends and purchasing process to assist the client on reaching their decision.
- Well awareness of Dubai property’s law, with ability to give the right consulting and advice for the clients.
- Analyzing property marketing trends and identify the profitable areas.
- Experienced in negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients.
- Team player, Positive attitude, and willing to work flexibly to provide the best service to the clients.

Requirements
- 2 year off-plan experience/ brokerage
- RERA Certified
- Driving License
