Sales Executive

Description:

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Executive for our team that is driven by establishing and growing partnerships while providing clients with excellent customer service.

The purpose of this role is to secure new clients within the wider Life Sciences Sector across the Middle East. You will be responsible for building these relationships and understanding their recruitment requirements.

Please note that this is not an account management or customer service role.

Key responsibilities:

• Seek out new opportunities and identify potential clients.
• Conduct daily phone calls with potential clients in order to secure meetings.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to secure business.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on our services.
• New contract negotiation.
• Receive job briefs/roles from the client.
• Maintain strong relationships with secured clients and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Be proactive in all areas of marketing to create awareness and new business opportunities.
• Attend relevant industry events.
• Achieve revenue targets and KPI’s.

• A proven track record in sales and business development.

Required Qualifications/Experience - only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered:

• Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales in the UAE.
• Minimum 2 years proven sales experience.
• Currently living in Dubai.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Experience in Recruitment would be a plus.
