You possess a positive attitude and strong communication skills. You are committed to providing exceptional service and maintain excellent grooming standards. You can work well under pressure and take initiative when needed. Additionally, have a successful sales background with a track record of closing deals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analysing local market trends, outbound travel trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads
  • Maintaining and developing strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators and OTA’s in the GCC
  • Develop new customer accounts and leads within the GCC to drive business into the specific hotel/cluster and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams
  • Negotiate room rates/packages with travel agents, tour operators and OTA’s in the GCC for the specific hotel/cluster
  • Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media channels
  • Negotiate contracts between the specific hotel/ cluster and travel agents/tour operators/OTA’s in accordance with current business and pricing conditions
  • Work within current business strategies and recognise potential opportunities
  • Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads
  • Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
