Job title: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Salary: 10,000 - 12,000 AED per month

Commission: +0.25% for indirect sales and 0.5% for direct

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Contract: Permanent - Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve your KPI's accordingly to direct sales plan and sales via brokers
• Ensure you establish terms with your clients
• Build crucial and strategic business relationships
• Acquire and handle local and international brokers
• Organise sales events to promote the business
• Generate and present new ideas for driving sales

Essential Skills:

• 3 + years experience in sales within real estate
• Experience in launching new projects
• A great understanding and availability of brokerage base
• Experience in handling local and international brokers
• Resilient, hardworking and result-driven
• Fluent in English
