𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

·       Serves customers by selling products/services and meeting customer needs.

·       Develop a sales strategy to penetrate new accounts and maintain existing accounts.

·       Develop critical account management practices to enhance customer intimacy and satisfaction.

·       Develop strong and long-lasting relationships with customers. Leverage existing network to gain referrals and open new doors. Expand the customer networks and contacts.

·       Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

·       Adjusts the content of sales presentations by studying the needs, challenges, and requirements of the customer is approached.

·       Submit activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

·       Collect intel about competitors and monitor their activities by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products & solutions, and delivery schedules.

·       Recommends changes in products and services by evaluating results and competitive developments.

·       Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

·       Maintains professional and technical knowledge needed to perform his job via research, networking with suppliers/customers, and attending educational workshops

·       Perform market mapping by industry & segment. Provide recommendations on new markets to penetrate and how.

·       Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
