Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Export Showroom team as a Sales Executive. As an Export Showroom Sales Executive, you will be responsible for understanding our products, engaging with clients, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly targets, providing excellent customer service, closing sales, maintaining accurate records, and updating the showroom manager regularly. Your primary objective will be to drive sales revenue, meet sales targets, build customer relationships, and ensure the consistent achievement of sales goals.
Responsibilities:
Understand the Product and Engage with Clients:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, their features, and benefits.
- Engage with clients, both existing and potential, in the showroom to effectively showcase our offerings.
- Provide detailed information about our products, address client inquiries, and resolve any concerns to establish trust and build relationships.
Achieve Monthly and Quarterly Targets:
- Set challenging sales targets in line with monthly and quarterly objectives.
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to consistently achieve or surpass targets.
- Regularly monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take appropriate actions to meet targets.
Provide Excellent Customer Service and Close Sales:
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight key features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional and persuasive manner.
Maintain Accurate Records and Regularly Update Showroom Manager:
- Keep detailed and organized records of showroom activities, including client interactions, sales orders, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of sales data in the company's CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on showroom performance and progress to the showroom manager.
Build Relationships with Customers:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
