Description:
Carter Maddox have been engaged in a search for a Sales Executive focused primarily on sales selling state-of-the-art SaaS solutions for renewable energy optimisation.
The role:
- Accurately forecast and achieve sales targets.
- Exceed revenue and growth objectives.
- Develop and deploy market penetration strategies to ensure revenue generation.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Engineering responsible for the development and delivery of product demonstrations, proof-of-concept, and final scoping & requirements documentation.
- Represent the company and products to customers at events and seminars
- Stimulating sales growth by creating relationships with new customers, devising strategies aimed at attracting target customers, and using all available sales resources to produce optimal results
- Establishing partnerships with the customers to better understand their needs, while providing them with a technical advisory solution that will be transitioned to the customer success team;
- Collaborate with Strategic Partners to develop and execute sales campaigns at targeted customers.
The requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Enterprise or SaaS sales.
- Renewables/power/utility industry experience desired with an understanding of the technology/services required in Cloud/SaaS, industrial IoT, Big Data Analytics environment.
- Good understanding of the Renewable Energy (specially wind, solar, energy storage)
- Network of industry contacts - considered highly desirable
- Good track record in achieving and exceeding sales objectives
- Experience in successfully managing the complete sales cycle.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to help establish effective processes.
- Relevant industry background and experience in Data Management, Analytics, and/or Industrials.
