Modern Space Technical Services, a growing renovations and maintenance company is in need of a Sales Executive with experience in the Interior/Fit-Out, Joinery, Construction or Real Estate markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the comprehensive oversight of the company’s sales processes.
- Direct sales initiatives to achieve maximum profitability, aligning with monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Identify and exploit new sales opportunities among existing and potential customers.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients and senior management for effective communication.
- Establish and maintain communication channels with other departments to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and generate routine reports for performance measurement.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers and consultants to maximize sales potential.
- Ensure successful project execution by monitoring progress and delivering top-quality post-sale services.
- Monitor potential projects to serve as a supplier and/or contractor.
- Utilize existing network and contacts to generate inquiries, proposals, and tender opportunities.
- Oversee the management of tenders and proposals for new business ventures.
Requirements:
- UAE experience a must.
- Preferably 2-3 years of fit-out interior project sales experience, ideally in turnkey, interior works, commercial real estate, or construction.
- Proven track record in the interiors industry with client management expertise.
- Strong networking experience within Dubai’s real estate, construction, and design/architecture community is a significant advantage.
- Minimum 1-year UAE experience with a solid understanding of the local market and a track record of success in competitive sales environments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet or exceed targets.
- UAE driving license preferred.
