We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Executive, with a focus on Print Media & Advertisement. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by selling our print media and advertising services to potential clients.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the print media and advertising sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring win-win solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasting to management.

- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the print media and advertisement industry, including emerging trends and technologies.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
- Build and foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with competitors' offerings and industry developments.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Continuously improve sales skills and industry knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Currently in UAE
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the print media and advertisement industry.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients.
- Demonstrated negotiation and closing abilities.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software for sales tracking and pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
