Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive for one of our esteemed clients with a strong background in the Food Service industry, specifically focusing on the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) segment. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 to 4+ years of successful sales in Bakery ingredients, Syrups, Premixes, or Ice Cream categories.
Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Development
- Identify and target potential clients in the Food Service industry, with a specific focus on Hotels, Fine Dines (hospitality groups), QSR chains, Bakery & In-store, Sweet concepts, and Chocolate Factories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the targeted channels.
Product Expertise
- Leverage a deep understanding of Bakery ingredients, Syrups, Premixes, and Ice Cream categories to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
- Provide expert product knowledge to clients and address their specific needs.
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach.
Channel Preferences
- Utilize expertise in selling to various channels such as Hotels, Fine Dines, QSR chains, Bakery & Instore, Sweet Concepts, and Chocolate Factories.
- Highlight specific achievements and experience in selling to these channels.
Negotiation and Deal Closure
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Close deals in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the Food Service sector.
Qualifications
- Experience of 3 to 4+ years in selling Bakery ingredients, Syrups, Premixes, or Ice Cream categories.
- Proven track record of successful sales and exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
