Hiring Sales Executive Fresh Food
Industry: Online/E-commerce platform dealing in fresh food items
Location: Dubai, UAE
Role summary: Finding and onboarding new customers and driving sales
Candidates should have a proven track record of sales in UAE and global e-commerce platforms. Only UAE based candidates available for face to face interview will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential customers through networking and following leads.
- Arranging meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products.
- Persuading customers to purchase company products by highlighting product benefits and key features.
- Ensuring monthly and annual sales targets and budgets are achieved
- Building and maintaining solid working relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Negotiating pricing with suppliers and vendors to encourage purchases.
- Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
- Following up with customers to inquire into whether purchased products meet their expectations.
- Completing the necessary administration accurately to complete each sale.
- Addressing customer concerns and resolving complaints regarding sales.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Commerce/Marketing preferred.
- Valid UAE driver’s license.
- Proven sales experience.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills – Target driven
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Outgoing & resilient personality, with a passion for business growth
- Proven record of revenue generation from new and retained customers
- Excellent communicator and networker who demonstrates integrity in every deal
- Fluency in Arabic is a bonus
Knowledge:
- Has a good understanding of foodstuffs industry
- Has succeeded in diverse and profitable customer portfolios in the food industry using e-commerce or purchasing platforms
Experience:
- 3+ years of sales experience within industries focusing on container trade of raw material, food &
- beverage, supply chain & logistics, FMCG, multi-national, import/export
- Knowledge in Marine or Land Proteins categories an advantage
- Demonstrable large SKU count/catalogue management
- An outstanding track record of service standards.
