Description:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of IT solutions and service level agreements (SLAs). This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their IT infrastructure and service management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate prospect and customer information.
- Sales Presentations and Demos:
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Explain the features and benefits of IT solutions and SLAs, tailoring the message to the client's specific needs.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand clients' business needs and propose appropriate IT solutions and SLAs.
- Sales Process Management:
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT or SLA sales.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and service management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
