Description:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the sales process of websites and digital assets from listing to closing. This role involves identifying potential buyers, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of website valuation, sales strategies, and digital marketplace dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management:
- Identify and qualify potential buyers for websites and digital assets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and offers to potential buyers.
- Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including website sellers and buyers.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
- Manage client expectations and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about trends and pricing in the digital asset space.
- Analyze comparable sales and market data to accurately value websites and domains.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clear and accurate.
- Oversee the closing process and ensure all necessary documentation and transfers are completed.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction progress.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in website sales, digital asset brokerage, or a related field
- Experience in E-commerce or technology services can also be considered.
- Language - Arabic is important.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of successful transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and provide accurate valuations.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
