Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in media agencies, outdoor advertising, and production.
- Proven success in driving sales and meeting revenue targets in a competitive market.
- Strong network and connections within media agencies and the advertising industry.
- Deep understanding of outdoor advertising formats, media services, and production processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales tools.
Preferred:
- Prior experience working in a media agency, with a strong understanding of agency dynamics and client expectations.
- Experience working in the UAE market.
- Knowledge of outdoor advertising mediums such as lampposts, billboards, and large-format displays.
