Sales Executive

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Dacha Real Estate in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing residential and commercial sales and leasing, interacting with clients to understand their needs, negotiating deals, and maintaining relationships with corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and data analysis
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in real estate sales or property management is beneficial
