Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell training programs to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Follow up with leads, qualify them, and close sales effectively.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.

Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of the local market in Dubai/Abu Dhabi is a plus.

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
