We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business relationships, and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for kitchen equipment, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to close sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Development: Identify and target new business opportunities within the kitchen equipment industry.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our full range of kitchen products, ensuring you can effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers.
  • Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and uses of our kitchen equipment.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, reporting on performance and sales progress regularly.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to close sales deals.
  • Order Management: Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow-Up: Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any product concerns.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least [X] years of experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen equipment or related industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Skills:
