Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Drive sales and achieve targets in a results-driven environment
🔹 Build and maintain strong customer relationships
🔹 Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and patience
🔹 Utilize CRM software and other tools to track leads and follow up effectively
🔹 Learn and communicate new products and services clearly to prospects
Requirements:
✅ 1–4 years of experience in sales, call center, or customer service roles
✅ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
✅ Strong knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems
✅ Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and spoken)
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
✅ Cool-tempered with the ability to handle rejection
✅ Ability to work collaboratively in a team
✅ Relocation to Dubai or currently residing in the UAE is required
