Description:
We seek a Retailer Onboarding and Sales Field Specialist with a well-established network in the UAE FMCG market. Applicant must have good personal relationship with retailers , supermarket , mini marts , mom &pop stores across primarily in dubai and other emirates. This role focuses on expanding our retailer base, building strong relationships, and maximizing retailer engagement on the SupplyMatch platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Retailer Onboarding and Relationship Building
- Onboard retailers, including supermarkets, minimarts, and grocery stores, onto the SupplyMatch platform, ensuring complete profile setup and engagement with SupplyMatch’s exclusive services.
- Strengthen relationships with retailers to promote platform usage and enhance retailer satisfaction.
Sales and Customer Engagement
- Act as the main contact for retailers, explaining SupplyMatch’s pricing, inventory, and payment flexibility.
- Provide ongoing support to retailers for platform functionality, addressing inquiries related to stock updates, promotions, and account management.
Sales Target Achievement
- Drive retailer engagement by achieving monthly sales targets, securing orders, and increasing the retailer’s basket size.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the product mix and ensure availability of popular SKUs on the platform.
Retailer Promotion and Loyalty Programs
- Work with retailers to arrange promotions, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs that increase customer engagement on the platform.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create retailer-specific campaigns that boost sales.
Market Analysis and Reporting
- Collect feedback from retailers and report on market trends, customer demands, and competitor activity.
- Provide regular reports on retailer performance, sales trends, and promotional campaign success to inform business strategy.
