We are looking for a Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join us!
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for the company (Warehousing & Value add services)
- Supporting with the development of business existing clients
- Monitor and adhere to industry regulations and legal procedures relating to government entities
- Liaise with the operations department for new business capacity planning
- Liaison with the management team to assist in the development of the strategic plans for operational excellence
- Develop supply chain solutions and coordinate implementation activities of new business wins
- Establish and follow up Market intelligence activities (competitors, market rates, utilization etc.)
- Identify and support the requirements for functional and strategic change activity and manage their implementation.
- Lead the pricing strategy on bids and the strategy on contract bids with assistance from operations, senior management and finance
- Participates and lead in customer meetings for medium to high value bids.
- Manages major customer relationships. Agrees and implements programs with major projects to meet both the company’s and customers’ needs and develops mutual solutions.
Knowledge & Experience
- Knowledge and adherence to GMP/ GSP/GDP requirements as well all ISO 9001 / 27001 / 13485 requirements
- Robust understanding of import, export customs procedures, MOH, MOCCE procedures and able to identify issues when they arise
- 2-5 years’ quota carrying pharmaceutical sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
