Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. Provide regular reports on sales performance to management.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
