Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on immigration programs, including Canada’s Permanent Residency and citizenship pathways.
- Guide clients through the process of obtaining work permits for countries such as Poland, Malta, Romania, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Germany, and others.
- Assist in managing the application process, including document preparation and submission for various visa categories.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding immigration processes.
- Meet sales targets by offering tailored immigration solutions and packages to prospective clients.
- Stay updated on the latest immigration policies and regulations across different countries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in immigration consulting, particularly for Canada and European countries.
- Familiarity with work permit processes for countries like Poland, Malta, Romania, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, and Germany.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to convert leads into clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
