Sales Leader

 

Description:

As the Co-Founder and Sales Leader, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into sales while helping to scale our rapidly growing marketing agency. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue by effectively converting potential leads into long-term clients.

 

You will work closely with the leadership team, to refine the sales approach, enhance customer engagement, and ensure we are meeting the needs of our clients.

 

This is an equity-based role, and as a Co-Founder, you will need to make a financial investment into the business (the investment amount to be discussed). In exchange, you will share in the company’s equity and success, driving both personal and professional growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to convert incoming leads into paying clients, ensuring we consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, nurturing leads through each stage of the sales process, from prospecting to closing.
  • Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, offering tailored solutions that address their specific needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work alongside the marketing team to create compelling offers, improve messaging, and develop lead-generation strategies that fuel your sales efforts.
  • Performance Metrics: Set and track key performance metrics for lead conversion, sales targets, and overall revenue growth.
  • Sales Leadership: Guide and mentor the sales team, ensuring high levels of performance and alignment with business goals.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, particularly in podcast marketing, to continuously refine the sales process and identify new business opportunities.
  • Willingness and ability to make a financial investment in the business to support growth (investment amount to be discussed)
