Description:
- Actively seek and solicit clients by promoting brand, networking, advertising and offering services to potentially interested parties
- Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit their property needs-Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs
- Conduct market and sub-market analysis on rents, demographics, supply & demand, sales & lease to create informed data driven strategies, programs and methods to improve the financial and operational return on assigned portfolios
- Secure new tenants and maximize leasing revenue, promoting available assets to real estate brokers and Key accounts.
- Manage and respond to inquiries within the specified timeframe and proactively approach/visit the tenants. Forecast, highlight concern areas and suggest solutions in order to improve tenant experience and meet planned growth & Satisfaction KPIs.
- Update CRM systems, Lead management reports and broker performance report.
- Handle the communication with marketing department to develop sales kit,
marketing collateral and Assets fact sheets.
- Recommend Process improvement for new leases, renewals and tenant management.
Skills:
- Proven successful track records of Sales & Leasing with a leading Real Estate / Or a Property Developer.
- Min 4-5 years of similar experience.
