Description:

Starling Properties Real Estate are looking for a Sales Manager to join our ever growing luxury division. We are looking for someone who has previous experience working in Dubai's thriving real estate market and who wants to make a difference in a company who wants to make an impact in the industry.

Salary: Competitive plus benefits.

Location: Media City - Free Parking and next to Metro Station.

Hours: 10am - 1800pm.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
• Set individual sales targets with sales team.
• Work on sales scripts with agents.
• Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
• Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
• Plan and direct sales team training.

Sales Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience as a sales manager role in the UAE.
• Must have worked in Real Estate in the UAE.
• Proven organizational and planning ability.
• Experience in running a secondary sales team.
