We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Manager - Sales/Business Development Manager - Microsoft Accounts Manager/ SAP Accounts Manager / Offshore Accounts Manager
You are expected to develop and manage a 3X pipeline in respect to the organization's regional revenue plan and drive a 30% growth CAGR across the region primarily focusing on the United Arab Emirates.
You must have established relationships across key industries and organizations at a C-level and be in a position to establish and develop relationships as the need may be across Customers, Strategic Partners ( SAP, Microsoft, etc.) as well as in-country Go To Market (GTM) Partners with a view to nurturing and growing the business on an aggressive footing.
In doing so you are expected to,
- Has prior experience in leading and closing multi-year contracts with Strategy consulting as well as Solutions around Cloud Solutions and Products is a MUST.
- UiPath, as well as Offshore Development Centers, Bespoke Application Development, Product Development, etc will be an added advantage.
- Target the right clients, grow quality pipeline, win profitable deals and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value
- Generate and build client relationships leading to qualified opportunity identification and involvement throughout the sales cycle often in absence of an existing client relationship or opportunity.
- Has some prior experience in similar organizations with complex projects.
- Is able to identify a client problem statement, and craft a value proposition that provides specific outcomes addressing the client problem.
- Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
- Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within John Keells IT which involves negotiating or influencing significant matters.
- Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments in making them successful and outcome-based
- Manage the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise
- Act as a single point of contact for all customer engagements, escalation, and resolutions
- Ability to originate and develop new opportunities to sustainable growth for the organization
Ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in ICT or Business Management with a full professional qualification in CIM or SLIM with talent in IT-based solution selling
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT based solution selling with 3 years’ experience in a managerial position with proven sales results
- Ability to speak in Arabic is a definite advantage
