Description:
We are searching for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and foster lucrative partnerships in the dynamic Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the sales team, ensuring monthly and yearly targets are met or exceeded.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans in alignment with company goals.
3. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, owners, and potential buyers.
4. Deliver presentations and sales pitches to potential clients.
5. Conduct market research to stay updated with property trends, competitor activities, and emerging market needs.
6. Provide training, mentoring, and feedback to sales agents to ensure consistent high performance.
7. Address customer concerns and queries to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
8. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
9. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
10. Represent District Real Estate Dubai at industry events, exhibitions, and seminars.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Dubai real estate market with a proven track record of sales achievements.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with the latest real estate trends and best practices.
• A valid UAE driving license.
