Sales Manager – SPA
- We are looking for a Sales Driven and Proactive SPA Sales Manager for a Wellness & Spa segment from a very large group of companies into retail, property and furniture.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience, highly target-driven approach and an international mindset, to join our UAE sales team and lead our SPA Team.
- A previous experience in the industry is an advantage. This role involves the following missions:
Key Role Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and grow new market
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the Local Marketing Plan;
- Hire, train and coach the sales team to ensure the right level of skills and competences on products, processes and systems completing the sales organization in line with the market potential of the segment;
- Execute weekly pipeline management reviews to maximize conversion rate and provide a reliable Forecast;
- Guarantee a systematic use of the CRM to have a clean, update and complete database such as marketing attributes, clusters, leads, etc.
- Develop and create top locations to build an aspirational brand and generate home leads;
- Lead the sales team by maximizing performance, people development and engagement according to the Company Cultural model;
- Guarantee continuous and proactive feedback from the market About You
