Description:
As a Sales Manager at Valorem Real Estate Brokers, you will play a pivotal role in the success and growth of our business. You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of talented real estate professionals, driving their performance, and ensuring the achievement of our sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of real estate agents, setting clear performance expectations, and providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
-Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
-Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs and providing top-notch service.
-Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities to make informed business decisions.
-Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
-Recruitment: Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new real estate agents as the team expands.
-Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management, outlining achievements and areas for improvement.
-Compliance: Ensure that the team adheres to all legal and ethical standards in real estate transactions.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience for more than 3 years as a sales Manager.
-Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with previous experience in a leadership role.
-Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales goals.
-In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including current trends and pricing.
