Sales Manager

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Mabeaat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and maintaining good client relationships. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 Years of UAE banking experience with minimum of 3 years in direct team handling role
• Experience in any of reputed DSA will be an added advantage
• Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Business Development skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a sales team and work collaboratively with others
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
