Position: Sales Manager
Location: Al Saraha Real Estate Company, [Abu Dhabi – UAE]
Compensation: Salary of 6000 dirhams + Commission
Language Proficiency: Arabic and English, or English and Russian, or English
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Demonstrated sales record of at least 30 million dirhams annually.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, or English and Russian, or English.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing sales team, setting sales goals and strategies to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to maximize revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team to optimize performance.
