Job Description:

As a Sales Manager for off-plan properties, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and managing a team of sales professionals. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and providing insights to optimize sales performance. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of sales campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in off-plan property sales in Dubai Proven
• track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong
• leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team Excellent
• communication and negotiation skills In-depth
• knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and industry trends
• Russian and English-speaking
