Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our swimming pools construction sales department. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the swimming pool industry.
- Lead and manage the swimming pools construction sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients, including homeowners, property developers, and commercial entities.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional campaigns, advertising materials, and sales collateral to support sales efforts.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company objectives.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, providing feedback and implementing training programs as needed.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding swimming pool construction techniques, materials, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the swimming pool or construction industry.
