Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient handling of incoming leads from both buyers and brokers, ensuring prompt and accurate provision of requested information.
• Strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service, aiming to convert leads into successful deals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends, developments, and best practices to provide expert advice and support to clients and stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Fluent in English, with proficiency in Russian considered a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in real estate sales, whether on the developer side or within a brokerage firm, is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Available to start work immediately, with preference given to candidates currently residing in Dubai and ready to join our team without delay.
