Responsibilities:

Drive Sales:

Promote Furniconcepts comprehensive portfolio of branded furniture concepts, from initial design to final installation.

Target key customer segments like architecture firms, design & interior companies, corporate offices, schools & universities, hospitals, hotels, and restaurants.

• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into successful projects.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing contacts to uncover new opportunities.

Project Management:

Collaborate with the estimation team to ensure accurate and timely proposal submissions.

Work closely with the design team to develop client-specific furniture solutions.

Liaise with finance and admin for invoicing, delivery notes, and payment follow-up.

Coordinate with installation and logistics teams for smooth delivery and installation.

Relationship Building:

• Develop strong relationships with architects, designers, and key decision-makers within target organizations.
• Understand client needs and offer consultative solutions that exceed expectations.
• Build trust and loyalty to secure repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the furniture or interior design industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
• Strong understanding of commercial office furniture trends and branded concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
