CSP Real Estate Partners is excited to announce an opportunity for a talented and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead your sales team, spearhead revenue growth initiatives, and cultivate strong relationships with developers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and grow your sales team to achieve and exceed company’s sales objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with developers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing guidance, support, and mentorship to sales team members, offering personalized coaching and constructive feedback to enhance their skills and achieve their professional goals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to maintain our competitive edge.
- Actively engage in selling real estate across various sectors, including off-plan, secondary market, and leasing, leveraging your expertise and leadership to set an example for the team and contribute directly to the company's sales objectives.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of sales processes specific to the UAE real estate market, including transaction procedures, legal requirements, and cultural nuances, to effectively guide the sales team and facilitate successful property transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and industry standards, actively monitoring changes and implementing necessary adjustments to uphold legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, pricing, and regulations.
- Experience working with developers and managing rental properties is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid real estate license Abu Dhabi.
