Sales Manager

Description:

A global leader in Specialty Chemicals are looking for a Sales Manager - Middle East, to join their expanding sales team. Responsibility would cover their Automotive Refinish Business, with up to 70% travel across UAE and Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Personal customer visits across the region to promote and advise on Automotive Refinish portfolio.
• Management of 4 direct reports.
• Building long-term business partnerships and taking responsibility for the assigned sales area.
• Targeted area expansion and business development to acquire new customers.
• Close collaboration with colleagues from sales, product management, applications, technical service and other departments.
• Identifying customer expectations as well as market developments and competitive behaviour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in chemistry, engineering or similar STEM subject.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in UAE / Middle East within Automotive or Industrial Coatings industry.
• Fluent English - Arabic would be a benefit.
• Available for 70% travel to customers.
