An ideal Sales Manager is a motivated and well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of B2B Sales along with prospecting and developing strong relationships with all B2B customers

 

Responsibilities

  • Generate Sales revenue for all Parag Milk Foods products.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing Dairy Markets
  • Lead the Dubai and UAE market to build a strong marketshare in Dairy products.
  • Partner with B2B Businesses (Small, Medium and Large Enterprises) in Dubai and UAE market
  • Generate revenue through innovative tie-up's and analyze the revenue forecast
  • Responsible for driving New Business development and Key account management
  • Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPI’s and targets and provide reporting as required.
  • Fully understand category and insights knowledge, to engage and influence customers to make informed decisions that will grow our categories and deliver our annual plan.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 4-10 years of sales experience ( B2B )
  • A confident and clear communicator, proficient in Arabic speaking
  • Well aware on the geographical and demographical aspects of Dubai and UAE.
  • Proven strategic thinker with the ability to align cross-functional efforts towards common business objectives
  • Strong relationship-building skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders across different functional areas
