About the Role:

We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to join our team and lead our business development efforts. You will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying and qualifying sales leads, and ultimately closing deals. Experience in any of our core services (business setup, banking, visas, accounting etc.) is a plus, but not essential for understanding project scope and value propositions. Fluency in English is a requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential clients.
• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (any major).
• Proven experience in sales or business development (preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid UAE visa is mandatory.
