We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Broker to join our team at Ascentya Realty in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for managing property listings, negotiating deals, providing market insights, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities

Manage property listings and ensure they are up-to-date

Negotiate and close real estate deals

Provide clients with market insights and property evaluations

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management

In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Fluency in multiple languages, such as Arabic, is a plus

Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the Dubai real estate market
