Looking for and experienced real estate sales manager (off-plan) to join our on growing team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be able to bring his own experienced team.
- Manage a sales team and provide ongoing leadership, training and coaching.
- Stay up to date with real estate market condition, and new developments.
- Develop and implement an effective ongoing training programs and support for the agents team.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve company sales goals.
- Set individual sales targets for sales team & ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven track record experience as an off-plan sales manager in Dubai market.
- Have a strong knowledge of Dubai developers, communities, service charges, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating skills.
- Time management, organized, detail oriented with a friendly focus on customer experience.
- Valid UAE driving license and car.
- Based in Dubai
