Sales Manager

 

Description:

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for both off-plan and secondary market properties. The role includes developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, ensuring administrative efficiency, maintaining AML compliance, and fostering team development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Off-Plan Sales Performance

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies for off-plan projects.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead.
  • Engage with potential clients through presentations, site visits, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure all off-plan sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Prepare regular reports on off-plan sales performance.

2. Secondary Sales Performance

  • Oversee listings for secondary market properties, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and buyers.
  • Conduct accurate property valuations and market appraisals.
  • Lead negotiations to close secondary market deals.
  • Track and report on secondary sales performance regularly.

3. Lead Conversion Rate

  • Efficiently manage and follow up on leads generated through various channels.
  • Optimize the sales funnel to improve lead conversion rates.
  • Maintain consistent and clear communication with potential clients.
  • Track lead conversion rates and analyze patterns for continuous improvement.
  • Train the sales team on best practices for lead conversion.

4. Client Satisfaction

  • Collect feedback from clients after each transaction.
  • Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly.
  • Ensure high-quality service throughout the sales process.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.

5. Administrative Efficiency

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all transactions.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
  • Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.

6. AML Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with AML regulations and guidelines.
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activities to relevant authorities.
  • Implement and oversee AML training for the sales team.
  • Stay updated on AML laws and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure AML compliance.

7. Team Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and develop effective training programs for the sales team.
  • Organize regular training sessions and workshops.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust, as necessary.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Keep the team updated on industry trends and best practices.

8. Sales Manager Sales Target

  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Recognize and reward team members for achieving sales goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Off-Plan Sales preferably in real estate.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
