Position: Sales Manager

Location: Dubai

Industry: Real Estate Developer

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities for the company, including developing and implementing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing a team, and building strong relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 10 years of UAE experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Real Estate Developer industry experience is mandatory.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate industry in Dubai, UAE.
• Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Resilience: Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Candidate should be available in UAE to join immediately.
• Salary: AED 15000 plus commission (Commission structure will be discussed during interview) + benefits as per law
