We are looking for an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales team, develop strategies, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. This role requires strategic planning, effective communication, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy to drive growth in line with the company’s objectives.
  • Oversee, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and motivation to reach sales goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and ensure competitive advantage.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, dealerships, and industry partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing reports and forecasts for management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance brand visibility and optimize sales initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements in all sales activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data to make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in sales software and CRM tools.
