Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in automobile sales, automobile export, or automobile trading, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Brand Expertise: Experience with Toyota sales, Lexus sales, and knowledge of the DUCAMZ market is highly desirable.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record in managing a sales team, driving performance, and achieving sales targets.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the international automobile trade, export regulations, and market dynamics.
• Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Language: Proficiency in English & Arabic (additional language skills are a plus).
• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
• Driving License: A valid driving license is preferred.
