Responsibilities

 

Team Management

  • Lead, guide, and support a team of B2B sales representatives.
  • Coach and mentor your team to help them reach their goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear targets.

 

Sales & Business Development Strategy

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Plan and execute strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with current ones.
  • Identify new business opportunities and take charge of sales expansion initiatives.

 

Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Research and generate leads for new customer acquisition.
  • Meet potential clients, present proposals, and close deals.
  • Build lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.

 

Sales Goals & Performance

  • Meet your own sales targets while helping your team achieve theirs.
  • Prepare and present quotes and proposals to clients.
  • Monitor sales performance to ensure goals are being met.

 

Sales Process Optimization

  • Oversee the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Use CRM and sales software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
  • Continuously improve the sales process to boost efficiency and results.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • 6 to 8+ years of experience in sales management or business development in the UAE market.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing a sales team.
  • IT sales background required, knowledge of current IT hardware is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in another language as an advantage.
  • Strong customer service, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of IT equipment and industry trends.
  • Strong networking skills and established industry contacts.
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with a proactive mindset.
  • Valid UAE driving license (own car preferred).
